More from this series:
Remember when I said my last artwork has a really long description? Forget what I said then - this is going to be the longest description I ever made.
The runes in the background say "WER HAT GETRÄUMT?" ("Who has dreamt?").
Just for clarification... (aka: people already annoyed me with these questions BEFORE THIS WAS EVEN FINISHED. I shouldn't have told everyone that I was going to draw a Homulilly version orz):
Q: THIS ISN'T HOMULILLY!
A: Yes, this isn't Homulilly, actually. It's Homura's witch form, not her demon form. I choose this form because her outfit looked pretty much like an edited version of Godoka's dress. And also, Homura defined being a demon as a state of disregarding god-given laws. So, concerning this definition, Homura started being a demon already when she protected herself from transforming fully into a witch. Following the law of circles, Godoka is actually the only power that can prevent magical girls from turning into witches.
Q: If this isn't Homulilly, why does she have wings anyway?
A: I just wanted Homura to look like the antagonist of Godoka. Of course, Homura isn't her enemy (even when she is Homulilly), but her character design implies that.
Q: When did Homura wear a craze of roses?
A: Never. I just added it because the motif of roses is strongly connected to Madoka.
Q: Why did you chose that runes?
A: "WER HAT GETRÄUMT" appeares at the ending of the 3rd movie, implying that the whole law of circles thingy was actually Homura's fight, not Madoka's.
Q: Are you going to draw all the other girls?
A: Sure.
So... let's talk about the stocks I used for this.
The rune font can be found here: writer.dek-d.com/madoka-magica…
The Art nouveau frame is by Tigers-stock.
The flowers in the background are drawn by MissDidichan.
